The AccuCoat 1600 with its roll-to-roll finishing capabilities applies a smooth liquid laminate coating up to 1.1mils thick quickly and efficiently to a wide range of flexible materials up to 60" wide, for applications that include billboards, vehicle and building signage, promotions, POP, trade show, fleet graphics, and much more. What's more, the AccuCoat 1600 is an easy to operate and inexpensive finishing solutions that you can count on to save your business time and money. Coating costs range from 2 cents to 35 cents per sq/ft, application and coating dependent.
Simple To Use
Load the media to be coated onto the simple unwind shaft without the use of tools. Once,positioned, the autogrop shaft technology securely locks the media into place with just a twist. Webbing the mediacouln't be easier either. Simply thread the media to be coated through the coater, slide on the dual spring/non-stick dam stops, hook up the take-up and you're ready to go. It's just that simple.
One Coater- Mulitple Uses
The AccuCoat 1600 liquid laminator is ideal for coating all solvent, eco solvent, and certain dye based ink jet images, in addition to electrostatic images printed and transferred to vinyl and, or wet strength papers, canvas and a variety of other suitable substrates. Used in conjunction with UltraCoat Liquid Laminates, your digital output will now be protected from harmful environmental conditions such as scratching, abrasion, UV rays, water and chemical damage.
