 AccuCure 72X UV Liquid Coating System
Designed to provide fully automatic, super high speed, dry-to-dry, protective lamination for digital and photographic images, the AccuCure 72X UV handles sheet images from 5 x 7 to 72 x 96 inches.
No special operator training skills are needed, simply insert the image and in seconds it is evenly protected with a scratch resistant, water resistant and image enhancing coating. The unit features variable production speed from 20-90 feet per minute and reversible action. An innovative Ultra Violet Dryer assures high speed curing, resulting in a unblemished, luxurious finish in Gloss or Luster. The AccuCure 72X UV offers a more cost effective efficient operation; thereby assuring a much improved production flow. The usual bottle neck in your finishing department due to expensive, time consuming lamination or spraying is eliminated.
Easy Operation and Maintenance
The AccuCure 72X UV is user-friendly, easy to maintain and features an automatic liquid delivery system. The coating liquid is pumped to the dispensing system from the holding tank below the machine, and the system automatically cycles and filters the coating liquid at the precise required volume. Daily clean-up is not required because AccuCure UV lacquer does not evaporate and only cures when exposed to the high intensity UV light. This means the machine only needs to be cleaned weekly depending on use.
